Scared of what the future will bring

Last night the Diva was getting ready for bed. She had her jammies on, but the top wasn't buttoned (buttoning has not quite been mastered). She was standing on her stool, getting ready to brush her teeth. I was preparing her toothbrush when she started saying this, while staring into the mirror:

"Hi, I'm Diva and I like my boobies!"

I don't know where she gets this stuff, or what to do about it. Worst case scenario she'll be really popular at Mardi Gras some day.

Ha!! Well, I have to say, that is much, much nicer to hear than, "Hi, my name is Diva, and I'm fat. And I don't like my nose. And I have cellulite." And all the other negative self-talk women tend to say. If she's still saying, "Hi, my name is Diva, and I like my boobies" when she's 15 or 20, she will be way ahead of most other young women! :)

LOL! That is so funny. I have to say though, maybe I am a glass half-empty kind of gal, but I can think of a couple worse scenarios than Mardi-Gras. LMAO!!!
